Welcome! What do you think of the new design (layout)? I thought the old one was getting kind of, well, old. Most visitors, it seems, have 1024×768 screen resolution, so I thought it was time for a change.

I recently realized that once book 7 is releases, there will be no need for HP theories anymore. So I decided that The Site of Requirement will do much more than that from now on. We will now, in addition to theories, have innovative new things that the HP Community has never seen before. We are currently developing a few. Some have already been released.

Take the new PotterLibs, for example (they’re under the “amusement” category). You fill out a form with nouns, adjectives, verbs, and the like. You click submit and you get back, instantly, an excerpt from one of the Harry Potter books with certain words replaced with the ones you entered into the form. It can be quite amusing, if not totally funny. The inspiration came from the word game Mad-Libs, which works in a similar manner.

More is coming to the Site of Requirement in the near future, so “Stay Tuned” as the overused saying goes.
